I attempted a wash n go y'all!!!! And it was a FAIL! I knew it wouldn't have worked but after my 3 day old twist out got wet while swimming and then again in the shower (even though I wore a swim cap and a shower cap), I thought I'd give it a whirl. I was pretty intent on wearing my hair down today. So I wet it and raked some gel through and waited. The failed results are below.
I ended up doing my signature top-knot instead. Still disappointed I couldn't wear my hair out. Oh well. I guess wash n go's really don't work on type 4 hair!
